Breathe in and breathe out makes me think of the song "Paralyzed" by Sixpence None The Richer. For no apparent reason that song always makes me almost cry... And that dancing with the moonlight is reminding me of my kissing the stars poem, too. (Don't worry, I'm not accusing you of anything. It's a common phrase, perhaps, and you use it beautifully anyway.)

That was refreshing and made me feel good and romantic. ^^ Thank you.

Yeah... in my honest opinion when poetry reminds at least myself of other songs and poems and it's not "blatantly" ripping them and shredding the good songs, I love it :) It's a good thing! :D

Yes, I very do. And I still don't know what it is about that song that makes me almost cry. It's part of the guitar, I think, or the way Leigh Nash sings...

Yeah. Your poem's feel is not like Paralyzed, just the words "I breathe in, I breathe out" are used several times in the song. I love it, but it's sad...

I consider it a sad song, I think. She talks about her friend getting killed on a reporting assignment and how she has to tell his pregnant wife the news... I think that's usually the part where I start crying... T.T
